Yale School of Management MBA Admissions Interview Questions 2011

In the midst of interview season, we are accruing several reports from MBA candidates in the Clear Admit Wiki, a free resource for MBA applicants to review and share their experiences with the admissions process.  This week, a Round 2 candidate for the Yale School of Management shared a list of questions posed by the second-year student:

“Interview with second year. More formal, little back and forth conversation until I was allowed to ask questions.

  1. Walk through the resume
  2. How did I choose my college/major/sport?
  3. Why MBA, Why SOM?
  4. What do you do for fun?
  5. What class did I sit in on during the visit/previous visit? What did I think?
  6. 5 minutes for questions for interviewer.”

To see more MBA admissions interview reports, check out the Clear Admit Wiki – a free resource with hundreds of real, documented interview experiences from b-school applicants.
