Wharton Students Host Informal Coffee Chats for Prospective MBA Applicants around the Globe

From Lagos, Nigeria, to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, coffee chats hosted by University of Pennsylvania Wharton School students home for winter break offer prospective MBA applicants a chance to learn more about this top-rated MBA program in an informal setting.

Today alone, nine different coffee chats will take place in five countries around the globe, including Greece, Spain, India, the Philippines and the United States. Dozens more are scheduled between now and January 10th, when students return to Wharton’s Philadelphia campus. Upcoming event locations include Israel, Ghana, the Netherlands, Taiwan, China, Thailand and Belgium, among others.

These casual gatherings give prospective applicants a chance to get to know current Wharton students and learn first-hand from them about student life at Wharton, the MBA program and the admissions process. For prospective applicants who are unable to travel to Wharton’s campus before applying, these events may prove particularly valuable.
