Congratulations for getting this program up and running. We also run a program in Australia for women in leadership roles – and those aspiring to be there. The focus is firmly on filling the competencies our participants feel will assist them in taking the next step in their careers, which is great, but the real bonus is the confidence boost that comes from being in a room with 100 other ambitious and successful women. This type of positive collaboration is helping women to better manage the obstacles they face on their leadership journey. Our position at sphinxx is that it's time for quotas. 74% of respondents in our women in leadership survey late last year support quotas or targets or both to improve female representation on boards and in leadership roles, and 47% specifically supported the adoption of quotas. Good luck with your program and I look forward to hearing your updates. Bring on the quotas!
