For the first time in a long time, the comments on an Above the Law post are perking me up.
A few observations:
- Maybe it was for the best that I wasn’t assigned to a San Diego test center: I prefer my MBE without a fire alarm and proctor shouting “keep working” over the microphone.
- Green with envy over the New York corporations essay.
- I may not have had a crystal clear recollection of some of the more obscure topics tested, but after flipping through my outlines and resorting to Google it looks like I had a few lucky guesses.
