Earlier this month, we blogged about Beat the GMAT’s upcoming conference, “Achieve Your Dreams: The GMAT, B-School, and Everything After.” This free, all-day web conference is scheduled to stream on Wednesday, July 7th, from 8:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. PST. Through this event, Beat the GMAT hopes to provide MBA applicants with some answers to the question, “how do I get into my dream business school, and what happens afterwards?”
The conference features a variety of guest speakers who will each address different facets of the MBA experience, from the application process to life post-MBA. Clear Admit’s own admissions expert Stacey Oyler is hosting the conversation titled, “Two Critical Steps to Admissions Success: Approaching Essays and Conducting Effective School Research.”
Other items on the conference’s agenda include the presentation “How I Got Accepted,” a question and answer session on the admissions process, hosted by Class of 2012 students from Stanford GSB and MIT Sloan, and a talk presented by an HBS graduate who will offer insight on her career since business school.
RSVP now to be eligible for a special 20% discount on Smart GMAT Practice, a GMAT study tool that includes video explanations. Although this is an online conference, in-person attendance for those located in the San Francisco Bay area is available. Space is limited, so act now to reserve your spot.
