A prospective student writes:
“So, basically, without having realistic access to on-campus opportunities, I am wondering if you know of other avenues to pursue? Thanks for any help you can be. Have a great Labor Day weekend.”
Great Question! Thank you for asking and I hope this answer will help other prospective students. We of course realize that coming to campus isn’t an option for everyone and while an interview and visit are strongly encouraged they are not mandatory.
Here are a few suggestions I have to help increase your familiarity with the campus.
1) Attend an event in your area! Meet Alums, members of admissions and even a few current students!
2) Take our virtual tour! See the beauty of Tuck’s Campus and the surrounding Hanover Area!
3) Visit Tuck’s Youtube channel and peruse the various videos we have posted including our Educational Ethos, Application Advice, as well as a few words from Professors, and current students can be found there. There is even a video for partners!
4) We also have a robust Tuck Ambassador Program—the site is in the process of being updated and is not yet reflective of our current offerings so your patience is appreciated!
5) Register as a prospective—this is a great way to get on our email radar and learn about upcoming events in your area as well as what Tuck is up to! We also hold real time chats with Admissions members and current students—so be sure to keep a look out for those this fall!
Keep the questions coming!
