So I have been trying to think of ways to prepare for BSchool, ie. coursework, networking, recruiting and all those other wholesome activities that may entail. Now that I’ve been accepted, the real work is about to begin. 2010 has been a good start and I want to keep the ball rolling by being productive. Procrastination is my number one enemy right now – before you know it, August will be here! So I wanted to try to get a head-start on all that fun. One of the first things I will be doing is to edit and update my resume. Someone suggested that I do this now so that I won’t feel rush when I have to get it ready for recruiting. Also, If you still remember my Columbia friend G, he has given me an unopened, still in its original plastic wrapping copy of an MBA financial accounting book. After skimming through it, it did seem kind of intimidating. But I will try to make the effort to read it. That’s about all I could come up for now as far as preparing for BSchool. Any suggestions from my readers would also be greatly appreciated : ).
Also, weather is expected to be in the 80s this weekend. Can anyone say BEACH?? I am there!
