Last month we reported that Switzerland’s International Institute for Management Development (IMD) is planning several innovations to its 2012 MBA program designed to help students integrate what they are learning in the classroom with real-world experiences. On Monday, March 8th, IMD’s MBA program director will host a live online chat session to outline these new innovations.
The new IMD MBA program was developed with input from recruiters, alumni and academic research and will incorporate what IMD is calling a continuous “action learning cycle approach,” which involves integrating classes with live business cases and projects that will allow students to put what they learn in the classroom directly into action.
IMD Professor and MBA Program Director Martha Maznevski will host the live chat session, scheduled for 15:00 Swiss time on March 8th. Participants will have the opportunity to pose questions directly to Maznevski during the chat.
