MIT / Sloan Admissions Interview Questions 2011

If you are preparing for an MBA admissions interview, be sure to check out the Clear Admit Wiki!   It’s chock full of firsthand accounts of interviews, as reported by MBA applicants themselves.  A Round 2 candidate for MIT / Sloan submitted the following account of an admissions interview with an adcom member:

“I had a great visit. Surprisingly, I was blown away by the campus and environment, much more than at Kellogg and other schools I visited. My interview was very standard and were all questions listed on this site.  The questions were around recent accomplishments, working with difficult people, taking feedback, proposing new ideas, and other basic behavioral questions I can’t remember right now. The interviewer was really cool and chill so just be yourself and genuine. We had several side conversations about family and business so make sure you click with your interviewer. Good luck all!”
