The New York Times reports on b-school application trends, noting that GMAC’s most recent survey shows that application volumes are flattening. Early this month, mbaMission Founder, Jeremy Shinewald, speculated that MBA application volumes at top-MBA programs just might fall, due to a challenging job situation and reduced availability of loans. Unfortunately, the GMAC data is not parsed by school, so we don’t know whether the top-15 have been affected or not. This story should seep out throughout the year and we will be following it….
