Nice reassuring article on the job outlook for MBAs. According to the article, “we’ve hit the employment bottom” and the only direction left from here is up. Sounds good to me…
I just came back from the doctor with some good news. She said I’m recovering much faster than she expected and so took out all the sutures. I still need the crutches for a few more days though. But at least now I’ll be able to take a proper shower again (those who ever had surgery know what I mean). This is fantastic news for me. I have been feeling kind of anxy just sitting around. But this doesn’t mean I will be running or anything right away. I have to ease in to it. So two weeks and change for recovery instead of the full four weeks.
Also, tomorrow makes it exactly two weeks since my NYU Stern interview. And they said I should expect to hear back with a decision within 2-3 weeks. So maybe I’ll hear something sometime this week. Fingers and toes tightly crossed.
