The Wharton Follies, the Wharton School’s annual comedy review (and more) recently created a video sending up many MBA students’ blind quests for positions in the Private Equity industry. While the video, “I Want the Private Equities,” is hysterical (if mbaMission may offer an opinion for once!), like all good satire, it strikes at the heart of a serious issue – the misallocation of talent via the MBA, due to the financial pull of Wall Street.
