It’s not my thing, but I ended up with a litigation assignment this summer. I logged onto the summer associate work assignment system and did a double take. Motion in limine . . . WHAT!?!
Let me give you some context. I chose transactional practice before I even started law school (back in the paralegal days) and never looked back. The day I walked out of my CivPro final, I purged my memory. Really. When would I ever need that stuff again?
