Join us on December 14th at 6pm (Philadelphia time) for a live online chat featuring Lynn Krage, Senior Associate Director of Wharton Graduate Leadership Program. The Graduate Leadership Program provides students with a comprehensive leadership development experience; this is comprised of both in-class and co-curricular activities designed to enhance pre-existing skills while aiding in the formation of new competencies.
Wharton first-year students are first introduced to the Leadership Program through a two-day Learning Team retreat at the end of Pre-Term session, and continue to strengthen their leadership skills through leadership coursework, self assessments, guidance and feedback from a Leadership Fellow and participation in Leadership Ventures. Previous years' Ventures include training experience at the U.S Marine Corps' Officer Candidate School in Quantico, Virginia; a week-long expedition to Antartica; a climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro; and yacht racing in the Caribbean, among other Ventures.
