Again, I realize that I may be counting my chickens before they hatch or so to speak. Columbia can reject me without an interview and faster than my first grade school crush (I think I said that before). But I still figured I might as well use the time during the “waiting” phase to be productive. Even if the research done is not for naught, I rather be over-prepared than under. Many people have advised me that the interview is just as important as the other parts of the application if not more so, including gmat and essays. So I really need to do my homework going into it. Besides, think of it as one final thing to take care of before I go on break for two weeks.

I will probably take him up on that offer.
