Yesterday was about Criminal Law. My goodness, there is a lot of crime, defense, and procedure that my 1L prof didn’t cover. Insanity defense? Never discussed it. The multi-state bar exam (MBE), on the other hand, seems to be pretty interested in M’Naghten.
My performance on the 50 question criminal law quiz: 23 correct.
Today was all about Contracts, an area where I thought my performance would be relatively strong. Yeah, I thought wrong. Scored 28 on the 50 question quiz.
My performance is consistently dismal.
But it’s exciting to think there is so much to learn… and so much room for improvement!
