I just got the call from Kathy at Kellogg admissions around 4:30pm CST — I’ve been admitted to the Kellogg MMM (MBA + Masters in Engineering Mgmt) program! I’ve been so focused on Chicago Booth the last 3 weeks or so, now I can pay attention to another school. I’ll definitely attend DAK, though I’m still leaning towards Chicago Booth.
The logic behind this is that I believe (maybe incorrectly) that Booth is better balanced overall between finance and mgmt. I’m still trying to decide between MC and IB and feel that Kellogg isn’t very strong in finance if I want to head to Wall Street after getting my MBA. Maybe some of you all can provide some feedback here.
Oh yeah, NYU Stern invited me for an interview. I’ll probably just withdraw my app in the next few days when I get a chance.
