Frontrunner Emerges to Fill Dean’s Role at Cambridge’s Judge Business School

An INSEAD professor who specializes in the management of product innovation has emerged as the frontrunner to be the next dean of the Judge Business School at Cambridge University, the Financial Times reports. Judge is expected to announce to appointment of Professor Christoph Loch in the next two weeks.

Loch, who is German, is a leading academic at INSEAD, and his area of specialty is one in which Cambridge as a whole has a strong reputation. Judge specifically has been placing increased emphasis on the commercialization of innovation and entrepreneurship, the FT reports.

Loch would succeed Arnoud De Meyer, who quit as dean of Judge more than a year ago and has since become president of Singapore Management University.
