Cambridge Judge MBA application – essay questions

May 16th is the last deadline for this year’s Cambridge Judge MBA program.
Unlike many schools, Cambridge MBA requires at least 3.3. GPA. Another aspect that is not common in MBA application is that Cambridge asks for a peer recommendation (referee), in addition to a referee from a supervisor.

Cambridge MBA Essay Questions – Analysis

1. What are the key issues facing organisations in your sector over the next three years? What course of action would you recommend to such organisations? (300 words)

Analysis: this is your chance to show your business knowledge, intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking. 

2. What did you learn from your most spectacular failure? (200 words)
Analysis: be honest and share a true story, show your maturity and ability to receive feedback and grow.

3. What are your short and long term career objectives? What skills/characteristics do you already have that will help you to achieve them? What do you hope to gain from the degree and how do you feel it will help you achieve the career objectives you have? (please do not exceed 500 words)
