Wow, what a busy week for my 2nd round clients with off-campus alumni interviews for Kellogg, Chicago and on-campus interviews at Berkeley, Stanford and Ross.
Wharton MBA, who switched this year to a behavioral interview, specify in their website that no preparation is needed for the interview.
In my opinion, good preparation can only improve your chances to do well in the interview.
