In Beach City, I purchased high speed wireless from Time Warner. My service was terminated at the end of June when a Time Warner technician visited my home, three hours after his scheduled appointment time, and picked up the related equipment. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for July services (including an undisclosed fee for the technician visit!) in my mailbox last week. After spending approximately 30 minutes on the phone with customer service, it was determined that the technician failed to log the receipt of my equipment and that, therefore, my account had not been closed. The customer service representative put out a tracking order for my returned equipment, which is to say they have no idea where it's at and I was told to call back today. Which is also to say that moving is a hassle.

The space is filled to the brim with things, strange city sounds, and the smell of cigarette smoke (an unfortunate byproduct of my unit's proximity to the fire escape).
For now, I'm clinging to the convenience of walking to work. It's the silver lining.
