No, I don’t have AT&T internet service. I have never opened an account with them and I never will.
Despite the fact that they have never provided services to me, they established an account in my name. I found out about this mistake a while back when I received a call from a collection agency. Never in my life have I received a call from a collection agency. I was irate!
It took a total of 3 hours and 20 minutes on hold with AT&T to straighten out the issue. They promised the issue was resolved and the collection agency stopped calling. But today, I received a bill in the mail (the very first bill I have ever received).
I have been on hold with AT&T 35 minutes and counting, trying to resolve this issue once and for all. This gal will NEVER sign up for internet or cable service with AT&T.
